Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for telemetry in Boca Raton, FL. The role supports patients with cardiac care, including monitoring rhythms and administering treatments in a high-acuity environment.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1 year of cardiac telemetry experience preferred, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Expect collaboration with physicians and ongoing education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, focusing on patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress per policies

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: COVID, Cardiac drips, Cardiac monitor, Cardioversion, Defibrillation, Device experience, EKG monitoring, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.

Qualifications

• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
