Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse forTelemetry in the Marysville, CA area. The role covers day and night shifts across full-time or part-time schedules, with a focus on high-acuity cardiac care and post-procedure monitoring.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year of cardiac telemetry experience (preferred), and BLS/ACLS certifications. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong EKG interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust the plan of care focusing on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and progress per hospital policies.

Qualifications
