Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Delray Beach seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for night-per-diem coverage. You will deliver high-quality, safe patient care, coordinate the patient experience, and support care transitions in alignment with established safety standards and infection control policies.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS/Basics; BSN is preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for ongoing professional development within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Florida RN licensure is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• For Telemetry/ higher acuity: ACLS and Basic EKG interpretation are required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Job Type: Per Diem

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient’s experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

• Demonstrates the ability to adapt to varied age-specific patient populations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION

• Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
