Overview

Full-time roles are eligible for a sign on bonus. The amount is dependent upon FTE—apply now to learn more! This position is referral eligible and currently qualifies for a new hourly location differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials.

This unit specializes in Surgical Oncology, specifically pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and ear/nose/and throat cancers. It is a high-functioning, fast‑paced surgical and specialized care unit.

Clinical Nurses will be part of a peer‑to‑peer team collaboration and decision‑making for recovering post‑surgical patients with a cancer diagnosis.

Qualifications
  • Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
