Northshore Home Health Care seeks a Surgical ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert critical care for post-surgical patients in a fast-paced ICU setting. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor for rapid changes in condition, and manage ventilatory and infusion therapies.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will educate patients and families, document meticulously, and uphold infection control and safety standards while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with strong critical care competence.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for rapid changes in condition.
• Manage complex critical care interventions, including ventilators and IV infusions/drips.
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education, communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and uphold high standards of clinical governance.
• Uphold patient safety, infection prevention and control, and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Deliver care aligned with a collaborative, supportive culture and continuous professional development.
