Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an ICU Nurse to provide high-acuity care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical treatment. You will oversee patient recovery with compassionate, life-changing support for patients and families in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with strong ICU/critical care experience and advanced assessment skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing complex patient needs.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered, compassionate care skills.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
