Find your purpose with CentraCare by changing the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse in the Surgery Department at Sauk Centre Hospital! As an RN, you are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Our registered nurses are responsiblefor directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. In this role, you will collaboratewith other professionalsto ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Our RNs act as leaders working toward the achievement of goals and the mission of CentraCare Health – Sauk Centre’s high-quality care.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Sauk Centre Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
