Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team. The RN will oversee care delivery, ensure standards of excellence, and guide the team to achieve outstanding resident outcomes during night shifts.

Required is an active Pennsylvania RN license with at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in long-term care. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong clinical knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Responsibilities
