About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of our nursing facility, including supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care and service, and that our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will also be valuable in implementing new clinical programs and initiatives, and in developing and maintaining positive relationships with our patients, families, and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team on weekends, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including delegating tasks and providing feedback and coaching.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.
