Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and services to our residents.

DMRC aims to maintain excellence through strong leadership, collaborative care, and meticulous documentation while supporting residents and staff over weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in a healthcare setting with weekend coverage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to provide patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans to meet residents' needs.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate care quality and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and therapists for comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and address issues outside regular hours.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Job Summary:

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and services to our residents.

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate the quality of care and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available to address any concerns or issues that may arise outside of regular business hours
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong emphasis on weekend coverage
