Job summary

Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a dedicated care team in an on-site setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care and coordinating clinical activities in a long-term care environment.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with PA RN license or GN and BLS certification. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to succeed in this supervisory position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning
• Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards
