Job summary

Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our care team in long-term and short-term resident care on-site. You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, and coordinate admissions and care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN).
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold care standards.
