$2,500 Sign-On Bonus ++ 100% employer-paid benefits OR additional pay if opt-out!

Generous shift differentials $2.00 to $6.00 more hourly (weekday overnights, weekend days & weekend overnights)

Schedule: 7:00a-7:30pm

The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy, goals, and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to staff assigned to his/her shift.

  • Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with the Standards of Care and practice
  • Implement the unit policies and procedures and act as a resource to the staff.
  • Responsible for unit compliance with JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, state and regulatory standards and patient rights standards.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and formulate plans for improvement.
  • Assist in developing staffing schedules in accordance with patient needs.
  • Coordinate the process for determining and maintaining accurate legal processes for patients.
  • Ensure Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management policies are consistently implemented on the unit.
  • Coordinate, maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment planning offered by Nursing Services.
  • Assist with recruitment and interviewing potential staff.
  • Assist in ensuring all program staff are evaluated according to personnel policies.
  • Provide supervision and direction in accordance with Nursing Department's goals and objectives to all nursing staff and conduct disciplinary actions where indicated.
Your Experience Matters

What we’re looking for: Experience in psychiatric healthcare, leadership skills, and a compassionate approach.

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
  • Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Showcase flexibility and creativity with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.

Compensation: This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $38.00 - $50.00 hourly with a $2,500.00 ++ Sign-on Bonus.
