Chestnut Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team as RN Supervisor. You will lead nursing staff, monitor resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to plan and coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges on-site.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, PA RN license or GN, BLS certification, and prior skilled nursing facility leadership experience.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards
