Excel Care Wilmington is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee weekend coverage on a 11pm-7:30am shift in a skilled nursing setting. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care while coordinating with LPNs and CNAs.

The ideal candidate holds a Delaware RN license and has experience in long-term care, with strong clinical judgment and collaboration skills to mentor the nursing team and ensure quality documentation and compliance.
