The Villa at Stamford for Premier Rehabilitation & Healthcare is hiring an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our LTC nursing team in Stamford, CT. You will oversee daily patient care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate, resident-centered outcomes.

We offer a quick onboarding process, competitive hourly pay of $50–55, and a supportive environment that fosters growth. Shift is 11pm–7am with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care (LTC).
• Ability to assume all responsibilities of the RN Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RN staff and coordinate nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with LTC regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and support nursing team to deliver resident-centered care.
