Job summary

Pennsburg Manor is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and high-quality nursing care. You will help lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and strive for positive patient and employee satisfaction.

You will be responsible for staffing, mentoring, and coordinating the care delivery model across shifts, with a focus on reducing overtime and agency use while maintaining safe, 24/7 care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience; two years in long-term care nursing with one year in management/administrative or supervisory capacity preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentorship, and recommendations for promotions/transfers/terminations.

• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers and terminations.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred. BSN preferred.

Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Posted Salary Range: USD $89,440.00 - USD $95,680.00 /Yr.
