Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and oversee nursing units during the 3-11 pm shift. You will ensure efficient, compliant care and mentor staff to achieve strong clinical outcomes and high satisfaction for patients, families, and the team.

Requires RN licensure, 3+ years of clinical experience, and LTC experience with supervisory exposure. BSN preferred; BLS/CPR must be current.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
• Two years of LTC nursing experience with one year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• BSN degree preferred and BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and support delivery of efficient nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with policies, practice standards and regulations.
• Collaborate to maintain adequate staffing for safe 24/7 care.

Responsibilities

Advance your nursing career and join our team as an RN Supervisor. You will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.

3-11 pm Nursing Supervisor

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers and terminations.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred. BSN preferred.

Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
