Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) to support the Director of Nursing and supervise clinical operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring safety and satisfaction for patients and families, and maintaining compliance with policies.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school with current RN licensure.
• At least 3 years of full-time clinical experience; 2 years in long-term care with 1 year in management/supervisory role preferred; BSN preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivering efficient and effective care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead the clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for promotions, transfers and terminations.

Responsibilities

This is a Fulltime, 2nd shift 3pm-11pm position.

• *Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• *Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• *Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• *Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers and terminations.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred. BSN preferred.

Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $42.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
