Job summary

The Gardens Memory Care Easton is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing staff in our Easton, PA-based skilled nursing facility. The RN will direct nursing personnel and administer care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.

Available shifts include PT Weekend Days and FT Nights 10:45pm-7:15am. Benefits and tuition education support are available, with compensation based on state regulations and experience.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license (PA).
• 3+ years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing personnel and supervise care delivery.
• Administer nursing care under DON guidance.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
