AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervise clinical support and nursing staff in a dynamic health system. The role requires coordination across disciplines and departments, plus interaction with regulatory agencies to ensure compliant operations.

The position favors candidates with geriatric nursing experience, RN licensure, and at least one year in staff supervision, along with BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually
