AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the PACE program in Lynwood, CA. This leadership role oversees all nursing care and supervises clinical staff, coordinating daily activities with diverse disciplines and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have at least 2 years in geriatric nursing and 1 year in supervision, with BLS certification. Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current valid RN license by the State Board.
• Minimum 2 years in geriatric nursing.
• Minimum 1 year in supervision/management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• AHA/Red Cross guideline-based BLS certification required.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually
