AltaMed is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee all nursing care and supervise clinical staff. The role includes coordinating daily activities, ensuring cross-disciplinary collaboration, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a nursing license, 2+ years in geriatric care, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with bilingual abilities (English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin) preferred.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervision/management experience in a healthcare environment.
• BLS certification or higher required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually
