GQR Healthcare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership within a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, NC. You will lead the nursing team, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have an ADN or higher in Nursing with strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment. Availability includes Wednesdays as needed; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Formación

• ADN or higher in Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or senior living preferred.
