Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor at Joliet Treatment Center in Joliet, IL. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing and support staff under the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure high-quality care for patients with physical and behavioral health needs.

The role requires RN licensure, 2+ years of RN experience, CPR certification, TB screening, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Night shift is 10pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing; RN license or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Night shift availability.
• TB screening documentation (PPD) and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Joliet Treatment Center in Joliet, Illinois.

The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Pay Rate: $52/hr

Shift: 10pm-6am

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
