Job summary

Centurion Health in Joliet, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time work at the Joliet Treatment Center. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule includes 6P-6A two days a week and 2P-10P two days a week; Associate's degree required and RN license or ability to obtain one. CPR certification and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
