Job summary

Centurion Health in Joliet, IL is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for the Evening shift at Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center. You will provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under nursing and psychiatric staff, supporting hygiene, daily living needs and vital signs.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, active Illinois CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or other medical paraprofessional certification required.
• CNA licensure in Illinois required.
• Training, experience or certification as a nurse’s aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR/BLS.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time, Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center in Joliet, Illinois.

CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.

Hourly pay rate: $22.77/hour

Schedule: 2PM-10PM with rotating weekends

• CNA licensure in Illinois required
