Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Supervisor at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, IL. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and involves supervising nursing and support staff to deliver care for patients with diverse health needs.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license in IL (or ability to obtain), a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing with at least two years of RN experience, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing with minimum 2 years RN experience
• RN license in IL or ability to obtain one
• Must show/obtain PPD TB documentation
• CPR certification required
• Supervisory experience preferred

We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois.

The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Salaried/exempt: Starting at $114,000+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
