Apple Rehab Colchester is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations at our Colchester, CT facility. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate resident care with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold an active Connecticut RN license, have prior supervisory experience, and prefer long-term care experience. Weekend on-call rotations are required for full-time roles, with various shift options and strong

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing supervisory experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing practices.
• Weekend on-call rotation required for full-time supervisors.
• Per diem staff must work at least two weekend shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Lead and support nursing staff while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and oversee emergency situations as needed.
