Job summary

Qualifications

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works collaboratively with the Department Director to coordinate patient care, oversee staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective critical care services.

What You Will Do

• Employment type/Shift: Full-time; 36-hour Nights
• Manages daily operations and patient flow
• Provide direct supervision and support to professional and non-professional staff
• Assign and coordinate staff based on patient acuity and unit needs
• Promote compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and service excellence initiatives
• Participate in staff orientation, education, coaching, and performance management
• Act as a clinical role model, mentor, and resource for ICU staff

Required Qualifications

Pay rate

$39.47 – $61.20

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
