Holy Cross Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The Registered Nurse Supervisor works collaboratively with the Department Director to coordinate patient care, oversee staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective critical care services.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership judgment, and a commitment to Trinity Health’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Pay rate: $39.47 – $61.20
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
