Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support the nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee clinical care, coordinate interdisciplinary services, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will supervise nurses and CNAs, complete assessments and care plans, administer medications and treatments, respond to patient condition changes, and mentor staff development to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care.
