Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met, and mentor staff to improve performance.

You will conduct resident assessments, develop personalized care plans, manage medication administration, and coordinate with therapy, medical providers, families, and support staff to deliver resident-centered care.
