Freedom Village Brandywine in West Brandywine, PA is hiring a Full-Time RN Supervisor with weekend rotation for our 50-bed, 5-Star-rated skilled nursing facility. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure accurate medication administration, and maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license with PA practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and LTC preferred.
• Supervisory or lead role experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff on shift and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete accurate shift reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and families regarding resident changes.
• Develop and monitor care plans with the team.
• Respond to resident emergency calls and ensure safety.

Freedom Village at Brandywine is currently hiring a Full-Time RN Supervisor with Weekend rotation for in our small, 50-bed, 5-Star-rated Skilled Nursing Facility.

Position:Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Salary:Starting at $40-45/hr, plus $6/hr shift differential for all weekend shifts!

*Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.

Location:35 Freedom Village Blvd, West Brandywine, Pa 19320. In Person

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)is responsible for the overall nursing care/service, and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.RN with a current license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing Long Term Care (LTC) a plus.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
