Job summary

Freedom Village Brandywine is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to support residents across independent living, personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing areas. This role leads housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community, ensuring clean, safe, and sanitary conditions.

Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping experience in a resort, hotel, or medical setting and can communicate warmly with residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Housekeeping experience in a resort, hotel, or medical setting.
• Ability to generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Collects, cleans and redistributes the Community laundry.
• Ensures that all Health Center laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried according to State and Federal regulations.
• Ensures that the laundry is maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
