Job summary

Ready 4 Work is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide treatment, rehabilitation, and medical support within our residential program in Dover, Delaware. The RN will oversee medication according to psychiatrist orders, assess health needs, maintain medical records, and implement physicians' orders.

You will dispense prescribed medications, collaborate with the treatment team, and remain available for emergency medical services 24/7.

Qualifications

• Must be a Delaware Registered Nurse with substance use treatment program experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must submit to criminal background and driving record checks; medical clearance and TB tests may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, rehabilitation and medical support in the residential program.
• Oversee medication administration per psychiatrist's orders; maintain medical records; implement physician orders.
• Dispense prescribed medications and work as part of the treatment team.
• Available for consultation and/or to deliver emergency medical services 24 hours a day.
