Job summary

Ready 4 Work is seeking a Delaware-licensed Registered Nurse to provide treatment, rehabilitation, and medical support within a residential program. The RN will oversee medications per psychiatrist orders, assess health needs, and maintain medical records as part of an integrated treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Delaware Registered Nurse, preferably with experience in a substance use treatment program.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must submit to criminal background and driving record checks; may require medical clearance and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and medical support services within the residential treatment program.
• Oversee medication administration per psychiatrist's orders and maintain medical records.
• Dispense prescribed medications as needed and participate as a core member of the treatment team.
• Ensure availability for consultation and emergency medical services 24 hours a day; standby for disaster/continuity of care.
