This fast-paced environment provides RNs with the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population requiring a higher level of monitoring and support, while working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative team. RNs on our step-down unit build strong clinical foundations across multiple specialties, enhancing critical thinking, time management, and advanced assessment skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting.
