Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care through evidence-based practices. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans while fostering an environment that aligns with our vision—to be the region's most trusted healthcare partner.

The Staff Nurse, RN, will serve as the primary caregiver, collaborating closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes. This role requires flexibility, as you may be asked to float to similar units or other hospitals based on patient census.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient restraint procedures when necessary, following safety protocols.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Adapt to different units as required, with occasional floating to other hospital sites.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN License (or eligible for reciprocity).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Behavioral Health/Psychiatric preferred but not required).
• Ability to participate in patient restraints when needed.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatric nursing.
