Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN License Required)

We are currently seeking experienced:

• Registered Nurses (RN License Required)

Position: Full Time, Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high-quality nursing care by following physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies.
2. Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV) as prescribed and according to policies.
3. Supervise nursing assistants and orderlies, providing guidance and leadership.
4. Assist physicians during rounds and examinations.
5. Care for patients during rounds, physical exams, and treatments.
6. Perform scheduled treatments and document appropriately, maintaining infection control standards.
7. Follow all cleanliness, infection control, and safety regulations.
8. Support research related to nursing care quality, as assigned.
9. Manage records, orders, and assessments of new admissions; coordinate physicals and ensure timely documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active NC nursing license.
• Current, valid North Carolina nursing license; proof of renewal required every two years.
• Commitment to quality patient care, with a focus on geriatric nursing.
• Yearly CPR certification.
• Participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants effectively.
• Dependable, flexible, cooperative, with patience and tact in interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to make sound nursing decisions, recognizing the importance of accuracy and competence.
