Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, and ensure timely assessments and physician rounds.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse

What You Will Do

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing

• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs

• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports

• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards

• Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., confusion, fever, breathing difficulty, pain, appetite changes, mobility loss) and notify providers as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

What You Must Have

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
