Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. If you enjoy getting to know residents, seeing their progress, and working closely with a care team, we would love to meet you.

Relocation bonus available for eligible candidates, subject to the terms of a written relocation agreement. You will assess residents, administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with nursing staff to support

Qualifications

Active RN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, and coordinate follow-up with providers.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and procedures.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Provide direction to nursing assistants and other care team members.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
