Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio RN license.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Competency in information technology.
• Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients and family needs under the direction of the Care Manager.
• Support care planning and ensure patient safety and comfort in a skilled nursing setting.
