Job summary

Andover Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 99‑bed facility in Andover, OH offering 5‑star CMS ratings and on‑site dialysis/ventilator care. We seek compassionate RN staff, including newly licensed professionals, with competitive wages and flexible hours in a family‑oriented environment.

RN’s will provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing setting under the Care Manager, contributing to patient and family needs in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio RN license.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Competency in information technology.
• Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities
