The position offers a pay range of $24.50-$48.50 per hour, with a possible $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment options.

This on-site role supports a multidisciplinary team to move health forward for residents. You will perform nursing functions, conduct assessments, administer medications, contribute to care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in state of practice
• LTC experience preferred
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Performs all licensed practical nursing functions and services as directed by the RN
• Completes assessments and plans care using the nursing process
• Administers medications safely per physician orders and Pyxis system
• Participates in care planning and updates plans as needed
• Ensures accurate documentation and communicates changes to physicians
