Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing patients, documenting conditions, and coordinating with family and care providers.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluates care by monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains infection control, safe storage of medications, and compliance with policies.
