MetroWest Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis, with supervision of staff and resource management to support high-quality care.

You will assess, plan, implement and monitor patient care while adhering to safety and infection control standards. This role supports the CNO and ensures optimal patient outcomes across the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing.
• Certified to practice nursing and CPR.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the medical regime.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
