• Performs all aspects of clinical practice according to standards of care, including assessment, planning, implementing, evaluation, and documentation.
• Demonstrates clinical judgment in assigning duties to nursing staff.
• Participates in unit-based quality control initiatives and performance improvement activities.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to benefit the patient.
• Completes documentation using approved hospital forms and inputs physician orders accurately.
