Job summary

Stellar Health Group's Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to provide resident-centered care within a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive clinical outcomes and high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care per facility policies.
• Supervise CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Perform resident assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care and clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families about treatment plans.
