• Licensed to work as a RN Registered Nurse within the State of Delaware.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical evaluation.
• Professionally and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Perform wound care/prevention and manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and track changes.
• Create and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Educate families and residents about health status.
• Document health status and care interactions.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
